Direction

As a research and development-based pharmaceutical company, develop pharmaceuticals for unmet needs, such as orphan drugs (medicines for rare and orphan diseases), medicines used off-label, and medicines for pediatric use. We consider the position of people who are looking forward to our research and development results, and deliver these medicines to patients and physicians in need.

    1. Never forget patients are waiting
    2. Set a deadline first (specific date) regardless of possible delays
      Off Limits = “about ~,” “early/late ~,” etc.
    3. If failures or problems occur first prevent their expansion, then prevent reoccurrence
    4. Fast decisions for < X million yen by responsible person
      X=3 for Division Manager; 1 for Department /Branch Manager/PM/PL

    Cost/Efficiency:
    1. Never carry/purchase deadwood, never take/cause wasteful actions
    2. No overtime work is considered good
    3. Consider patient needs, scientific rationality and laws/regulations when pursuing higher quality in products/data
    4. Pursue cost reduction with the principle of multiple sources, while regarding providers as partners
