Nobelpharma’s goal is to develop existing medicines for unmet needs that other pharmaceutical companies do not develop. We are able to reduce development costs and conduct development very efficiently because our organization is composed of a select few personnel. As a result, development is possible for medicines that sell small amounts. Medicines that are strongly requested by patient groups and medical societies have priority for development. Practically speaking, we develop along such themes as orphan drugs (drugs for rare medical conditions), medicines used for additional efficacy, and pediatric medicines.
